When I turn my windshield wipers on to the intermitent (delayed) selection nothing happens...they don't come on, but when I turn the **** further up to the lo or hi section they work. The intermitent section is the only problem. The thing that really gets me is if the key is turned to the accessory position then the intermitent section DOES work. The situation is very confusion. LO and HIGH positions work but nothing else except for in the accesory position.

The turn signals and headlights are not effected!!

NEED HELP!!!
