Dome Light, Door Ajar, Windshield Wipers.

Dome Light, Door Ajar, Windshield Wipers.
I have a few big problems. I have a 1998 F-150.
1. My Dome light WILL NOT turn ON at all.
2. My Door Ajar warning sounder WILL NOT sound.
Also, The Warning Light on dash DOES NOT come on.
3. My Windshield wipers WILL NOT come ON.
I can't find any blown fuses.
!!!PLEASE, PLEASE!!! I really need help!

these are all controlled by the GEM module which is attached to rear of fuse panel. the gem relies on several different fuses to operate including some in the power dist. box under the hood. also involved are the acc. delay relay, batt saver relay, and interior lamp relay. there should be codes in memory there to help diag.
