Question Two extra wiring connectors under dash????

Just replaced my heater core in my 1998 F-150 XLT and ended up with two extra wiring connectors under the drivers side dash. I tried to label everything but these must have slipped by - or could be they do not go to anything. After I got everything together, the only thing I noticed that does not work right is power when I turn the key to the first position. Used to, I would have radio, ac blower, etc. power on this position. The back ignition position has power to (almost) everything, similar to the second (starting) position. Not sure if this is a result of the ghost connectors.

Let's see if any of you can help me out....

Both have male prongs inside (i.e., they do not go together).

One comes off the main wire bundle on the driver's side and is held in place to the bottom/back of the fuse box via a plastic catch-plug. There are only two prongs in the connector and two green/black wires go to one prong, two red/gray wires go to the other prong.

The next mystery connector is rectangular, has five prongs, but connector has room for six. Three of the colors are red, blue, and white. This set of wires is to the right of the steering column and comes off of the bundle of wires that powers the cigarette lighter.

Also, what is that small gray rectangular connector with several wires going to it that is blocked off? Seems it's for an extra accessory or something that I did not get with my vehicle.

Any help is appreciated!!!

This one sounds like the brake controller harness. Unless you have a controller, it should remain unused.
