Since I'm over here.........

What are your wipers doing?

You may have the infamous, "Phantom Wipe". If your wipers have a mind of their own and are coming or going off on their own, you need to change the multi-function switch. To do this you remove the entire wiper/signal light/highbeam ARM. You can do it your self. The multi-function switch/arm is around $80 bucks at a dealer. EVEN I could do it and my wipers have worked fine since.

Some guys have removed it and taken some of the electrica grease out of it and re-installed it and stopped the phantom wipe.

Thanks for the reply Iron Horse. Don't have the phantom wipe. I intalled a remote starter and had the wrong wire diagram from the company and killed the module in the process. All fuses are good and all relays still good. The multi function arm switch resistance tests fine the only thing left in the loop is the module and I can't locate it. The wiring diagram for my truck shows it but it does not tell where it is located. And nether does the haynes manuel. If someone could tell me where it's at I could take it to work and check it in the electronics shop. If someones know's PLEASE HELP ME!!!
