Spedo correction with chip

Is it possible to have my Spedometer corrected with a reburn of my superchip? I have a 2001 SuperCrew (california).

Basically I am purchasing new tires going from 265/70/17s to 285/70/17s. According to a calculator this will cause a 3.5% diffrence with my spedometer showing slower than actual.

If it's not a big deal to remedy this though the chip I may want to do that. Otherwise I can live with being 3.5% off.

Hi dcovell,

Sure, we can easily take care of that for you with a custom program, update to your Superchip! We can do that in the powertrain program of any of the 1999 & up F-150's, Expeditions, Mustangs & some others.

Just give us a quick call whenever it's appropriate for you & we can make those arrangements.
