Canceled my JDM Order
After over 2 months of lies, unfulfilled promises, and no chip, I finally canceled my order today. Seeing that people who waited more than 3 months get the wrong things, and their stuff being sent to the wrong place, and repeatedly being told today, or tomorrow, or next week, I got sick of their terrible business practices. I was warned that they have bad turn around times, but no one said more than 10 weeks! 2000F150 waited almost over 3 months, and was shipped the wrong stuff. He spend several grand with them. I know that have strong supporters, and I just hope that at least they are getting better service than the rest of us. The facts don't lie.

Sorry to hear you had such problems, & thanks for giving us a call. You won't have any such wait with us, as we discussed at length over the phone, and once we get your paperwork back we'll be doing another consultation to finalize your tuning.
We'll be happy to take care of your tuning of course, and anyone else in that section having to wait can come to us as well for fast service.
