No start after installing chip. Recleaned no start again. I assume I have jumper issues. Can i get the jumper diagrams/schematics?

well i also thought i saw you say in a previous post that you could email the jumper images/diagrams. That is why i put up a post.

Thanks for calling to let us know you had a problem!
We've emailed the jumper info out to both of those email addresses, so by now you should have been able to confirm whether it's a jumper issue for certain. Then as we discussed, we'll tak tomorrow (Tuesday) to go over how you want to take care of this, either locally or by having us have the manufacturer take care of it for you.
