Hi JMC,

Excellent, glad to hear it went smoothly other than shortening the driveshaft length. Lucky you're up in an area where you can find just about any kind of shop or sevice, our here we'd have to drive 2 hours to get to ap driveshaft fab shop!

Oh, while I'm thinking about it, we're working on getting you some spare relays to match those original units, as soon as they're in I'll let you know & shoot some up there so you'll have more spares on hand.

Gosh, yes that Sterling rear end will hold up to a V10! The Sterling in our Lightning gave up a pinion seal, other than that it's atanding up to 600+ lbs./ft. of torque very nicely. But then, I don't abuse the truck, either, and most parts do tend to last longer when babied most of the time. I think I'm the tamest Lightning driver I've seen, or something.

My wife was just giving me grief over that this past weekend, we went for a cruise & nailed it twice, hard up to about 110-115, and a couple other times to a bit lower speeds, just topping out 2nd gear basicaly to test for high-rpm misfire at max boost. I made the mistake of commenting that I rarely get on it, and that it would probably drop a half a tenth if I did get on it a bit more often, to which she replied something quite direct (as only we spouses can do to each other), let's just say she made the astute observation that I need to kick the carbon out more often. Gotta love a wife who thinks like that!

Talk to you soon!

Cool

Mike, where do you live again ... I need to send my wife over there immediately so she can have a long talk with your wife. I wish she was into this stuff as much as I would like her to be. But maybe a trip with Anita would solve that problem. LOL !!!!!

Have Fun & Keep on Truckin'
Dean
