Another Mike T ? What is this??
Is this a reflashed PCM notation? It's on the drivers' side rear door jam, above the equipment tag sticker. Is this a common thing that's on most 98 F-150's, or a rarity?,,,,,98

Hey Screamer,
That is simply a partial calibration code (not the computer codewe use!) sticker found on the back of the drivers door in virtually every computer controlled FoMoCo vehicle. You don't need to worry about it at all, you can really just forget about it if you want, as it doesn't have any effect on anything you do to that vehicle.
It's a partial calibration code, a full calibration code is actually 12-14 digits long. That is not what we use to identify software revision in teh ECU, we sue the stiocker over on the passenger side, in the front part of the door frame, the 3 letters & 12 number code, like FOU1, ATC2, YSL2, IMP4, ZUT2, and so on etc........................................
