Question How to remove power delay?

I have an 01' 4.6L 5 speed. I can't afford to run 93 octane, and it's not even available in my area. If I could find it, and afford it, I'd be screwed everytime we go riding (dirtbikes) because we travel 3 - 5 hours to no where, and I guarentee I won't find 93 octane there.

Anyway, I obviously don't need the improved auto. tranny shifting either, but I would like to remove the factory "full power delay".

Are their any products out there that will do this for me? Are their any other factory settings I could modify in my best interest i.e. manual shifts, 89 octane settings, etc.? Anything to compliment / make use of my intake / exhaust mods.? Thanks!!!

No, you're not going to remove that in any other way, that is a powertrain control function, and the only way to change that is in the powertrain program. The way that is done is in the Superchip.

If you would like to have a Superchip set up so you can use 89 octane, we can do that for you, just give us a call!
