Thanks for thinking of us, but unfortunately, we do not offer anything for the late-model Mopar gas engines, we are currently covering only their Cummins diesel powered trucks.
What we suggest is to have him check with his local Dodge/Plymouth/Jeep (Mopar) dealership parts counter to see if they have one of their "Performance Computers" available yet for his 2002. It might not be out yet, but they will probably make one for it, as they have been making them for most of their trucks with the gas engines for the past 5-6 model years. The Mopar performance computer works well, they do a nice job of tuning and we don't hesitate to recommend it for Mopar owners.
