We are a little bit behind in email responses right now, with response times averaging 3 days instead of our normal 24 hours, and we're about a day and a half behind here on F-150 Online as well.
We have had a death in the family, my mother passed away unexpectedly 2 days ago, and so naturally all aspects of that have to be dealt with.
We want to extend thanks from all of us here at Performance Products, and especially my personal thanks to those of you who already know and have sent emails, phone calls, faxes, etc. with your condolences & best wishes. Thank you so very much, each and every one of you, your kindness is beyond words.
This will not affect orders, shipments, etc. during this period of time, we're still open normal hours and shipping as usual, our staff is of course here, it's primarily a matter of the amount of time that I personally can spend answering all the emails & questions, etc. Many people like to speak with me personally, which I enjoy as well, it's one of my most enjoyable activities and an honor being able to speak to all of you who call. Please understand that my personal availability on the phone will be limited for a little while, hopefully just a few days to a week, we'll just have to see how this all goes.
Our bests to all for a joyous holiday season this Christmas & New Year, & thanks once again for your understanding & kindnesses.

HI!... Sorry to hear about your mother passing away MIKE, I feel for you. It's always hard when you loose a close family espeically a mother or father. I hope she's in a better place now.

Sorry to hear about your Mother. It must be tough to deal with everything going on plus the company operation. Hang in there and know that there are a HUGH number of people behind you. Willing to offer and give whatever, whenever WE can.

Once again Mike, very sorry to hear about your mother. Not to worry about the orders, we're all behind you! We'll still be here. Situations like this are very difficult.
