Question Can a Superchips be reused?

I'm in the process of moving into a 2001 or 2002 X in the next week or two. My 99 is 'chipped' and I can't see driving without it If I get the new X obviously the ECU # will be different... what can be done to move the one I have into the new model? Can this be done in the first place?

Mr. Troyer - I haven't called you regarding my next phase of upgrades, as you can read why... but will definitely be in touch once (or if) this all happens. Really depends on the Superchips situation. Yup, I said it before and will say it again: WILL NOT DRIVE WITHOUT ONE!

Thanks again to all those who read and reply to this.

Christian

Hi Christian,

Yes, we can reprogram your existing Superchip for a 2001 or 2002 Expedition, on the 2002 models it will depend on what code your Expy has. There are some of the newest 2002 codes that we haven't had time to get done just yet, as we're very early in the model year for the F-150's & Expy's.

Just give us a shout by phone or email with your new vehicle info & code, and then I can let you know whether or not we already have that code done yet. Even if we don't, it will only be a short time before we do have it ready, so yes, we can get you back up and running with your Superchip in your 2001 or 2002 F-150 or Expedition. For the details, just give us a shout privately, our contact info is below.
