Hi BigRed,

Level 10 doesn't do any powertrain programming, they simply use the Superchip with their own name on it.

Thanks for the info. That is so funny.

Should I still do the HYDRO system ?

I asked the guy at LEVEL 10 if his chip was a SUPERCHIP or
DIABLO CHIP. He said no that if was there own.

I believe you Mike T. Thanks again.

So I guess it is a waste of time and money to get there chip
especially they want around 400 for their so called own brand

Hi BIGREDEXPY,

Ahh, sorry about that, I forgot your question about the "hydrosystem." Actually, it won't matter in this case, as I don't know exactly what that kit or "system" consists of, so I'm afraid I'm not much help to you on that. I have to talk to them first of next week anyway, so I'll get up to speed on it then, and if I like it, I'll probably do it to mine.

What I *can* tell you is that Level 10 does a great job with the Ford 4R100 automatic transmissions and is highly regarded for their expertise in automatic transmissions, so in general, their shift kits, etc. are good products and the people who install them seem to be happy from what we've heard. In fact, I'm having them redo my 4R100 when it's time, but it's not close to time yet with less than 5K miles.

A number of manufacturers have OEM agreements with Superchips, to have Superchips actually provide the tuning, but put their name on the module. Superchips & others have suggested that to us for years, to take advantage of our name & reputation, but we never have so far, as it's still Superchips tuning, so we just call it what it is.

The companies that have OEM deals with Superchips almost always tell their customers that it's *their* chip, when in fact, if you look at the module itself, you can quickly see that it's really a Superchip.
