I am thinking of getting a set a cams from the 99 cobra. Would you be able to reprogram the chip to the correct timing?

Sure, that shouldn't be any problem. We'll want to know all the specs from the cam cards, so make sure you get them. You might want to give us a call & let's talk a bit about what the cam profiles are, what we'll want to do, etc.
