Here there Guys, I got my new Diablo installed on Saturday night and Whoa! L@@K out


I recently ordered and just as of 11/09/2001 received my DiabloSport chip for my 1999 F 150. After a few hours of installing my new billet grill and deciding I did not like the fit, quality, and overall appearance of this insert. I unhooked the battery and installed this little devil in a box, cute company logo too I might add, engineered to raise hell!. I did the install in less than 20 minutes and since I started using 92 octane 3 weeks ago I changed out the fuel filter while I was at it, truck has 49,000 miles on a 5.4L Triton V 8.

All I can say is for right now, nothing excessively noticable but I can tell you this. Unless I powerbraked this truck, rear tires would not even squeal, not anymore. I can say I have increased throttle response, more low end in my words too!

I even convinced a guy who helped me install and remove my grill insert that this money was well spent, less than half of what I was quoted within the past 9 months.

I think you misread what he was saying. I read it and it looks very innocent; a friendly challange that may or may not ever happen that I don't get the feeling he's all that serious about it.

Nothing to hard just some places to go alittle off-road and maybe use my 4x4, since it's not going to snow to quick around here.....!!!

Hey Neil! Good to see ya again! I will be in touch with you soon about that lower insert too! I was thinking maybe we could set-up a get together maybe in a week or so and have a cruise night locally too! Maybe collect some toys for Toys For Tots, maybe a yearly thing if it works out good!
