Got a 1999 f150 from a friend, had a 4.6 that had a blown head gasket, so got a 5.4 from a 2001 ford navigator with a kenne bell supercharger, what would i need to make this truck run? Where can i get a good laptop and if need programs to fire up truck? Engine is in the truck everything hooked up....thanks *****

 

the factory tune will run the swapped in motor, unless you’ve changed MAF and injectors
