Hey guys i know you can go in and customize a couple things on the edge evo and i would like to when i get mine this weekend. Im finding posts with customizing shift points and etc. for the 5.4 but few posted about the 4.6 and what works for them. If anybody could fill me in on what works for them such as shift firmess, WOT, etc..., etc.. and how long have you been running it that way.

 

I have a 2006 5.4 auto........aside from ignition timing & fuel enrichment, I upped the top speed limiter and left the tranny alone....the tranny will respond to the demands the engine puts on it and Ford has the shift points about as close as you can et...mine shifts as if I was manually shifting it.....This has been running like this since 2007
