you are sadly mistaken and your grammar is even worse than your altered reality of tuning devices

anything canned tuned is 100% garbage

did you waste even a second reading the sticky at the too before you made this thread?

probably not since you're asking about a garbage canned tuning device

reality of the matter is this:

#1 thank you for being too lazy to read the sticky

#2 the wheel is already invented so no need to waste yours or our time explaining it's purpose

#3 canned tunes suck

#4 get a sct device and a custom tune from a reputable tuner

it's not a question, in the initial post, the OP merely made a statement....

Merged the two threads to eliminate confusion.

Canned tunes normally do not take into consideration the mod you have with the air intake system. One exception to that is Diablo, but otherwise, you have to get a custom tune that incorporates your particular intake. An SCT unit with a program written for you specific setup is a good way to go, in my opinion.

This is a short summary explanation but hope it gives you some direction. It's true, you should read the stickie linked above in a previous post. I'm sure it would have been easier to do so, had there not been so much rudeness tossed out as well.

Seriously?

This IS a question:

"is superchip the best way to go with an 08 5.4 for overall settings" (?)

Just because the question mark was dropped changes nothing - unless you are going out of your way to look for conflict ( as was clearly the case here - no point in trying to dodge it).

Hence - I, for one saw the obvious question clearly being asked here - and elected to answer it via PM - to avoid further 'tarded BS from the usual suspects sitting on their high rocking horses, in the cheap seats, pulling their tiny puds, who really, really ought to know better by now.

It happens - Time and time again - with nothing other than a pitiful wrist-slap (a Spectacular failure of Moderation, in my view - and not the first time, by far). Good grief.

You want pick nits? Fine. I'll bite. Your response, truth be known, is also flawed - it should have read: "I must have missed that".

You want to joust with me, youngin'? You are going to lose.

To be blunt - YOU could have easily taken the high road and helped the OP out. But you didn't. Instead, you chose to exacerbate the conflict. What is your excuse? Oh - you have none worth mentioning. Shame on you, punk.

To the OP - you are welcome, sir. At least one of us is actually willing to help you. You know how to reach me.
