SCT or 5 *
Hey guys, got a 2013 FX4 with the 5.0.
Only thing I ve done to it is add flowmaster exhaust.
In my opinion it feels like I lost some power when doing so but could just be that the louder exhaust is fooling me.
Ive heard from different friends that the SCT tuner for my truck is the best but all the online threads I see boast the 5 star tuner.
Im looking for maximum performance and speeds, dont care about mileage.
Can you help a brother out. will be adding 33" tires in the future on my stock 18" rims.

SCT = hardware manufacturer. They make programmers loaded with canned tunes (as do other manufacturers such as Edge and Diablo).
5 Star = tuner. They sell SCT programmers (and possibly some other brands) and write custom tunes for them.

SCT makes an excellent programmer and 5 Star is a very reputable tuner. You asked - "SCT or 5 Star"? The answer is "and", not "or".
