Keep or sell my Edge?

Is everyone selling their Edge tuners to purchase something else?

I wouldn't even buy one in the first place, but many people love 'em for some reason

I feel they are selling mostly for vehicle upgrade, as in got a '09+ F150, went the Diesel route, when to a Chevy/Dodge, I mean Ram, or just sold their truck in general to cut expenses and stuck with a small car.

On the other hand, a fraction of the crowd try the SCT programmers and the other Edge products. Its rather hit & miss on as to why. The downfall to newer Edge products are they aren't custom tune able anymore. The boring little Gryphons are though.

I have a PHP Gryphon ( Bill Cohron's refined Edge programmer ) and like it a lot. My old '04 was custom tuned with it, my current '07 is not as I have no reason to get a custom tune. Barely drive the truck much, the level 2 & 3 tunes are fine enough for me. Until I get longtube headers this summer I won't have a reason to go custom yet. Otherwise I like the gauge pod and the perimeters it allows me to watch.

My Edge, later upgraded to Gryphon custom tunes, was my favorite thing on my 2005. When I sold the truck, it went with it. I have a 5.0 now and just don't feel the need for a tuner.

I used the gauges on my Edge, constantly, felt lost without them.

I really like the gauges too. I'm really disappointed that I no longer can have anymore tunes written for my CS! Did I read somewhere that Edge is now in some kind of trouble with the government due to emissions laws?

what sad, is the SCT Live Wire shows the "guages" and can be custom tuned, yet so many people over look it
