Need some programmer/tire size/speedometer help!
So I've got my truck lifted, gears and bigger tires and tune from Bill(PHP). Problem is, the speedo is still waay off. I've tried adjusting it but can't get it dialed in. Contacted Bill but haven't gotten a response from him.
Anybody help me out? Recommend any setting to try?
I have 35" Trail Grapplers. 35x12.50.18 . 35.04 is the official overall dimensions .

Adjust it in small increments to dial it in. The best way is to use a GPS, you want the programmer speed to match the GPS speed. If you don't have a GPS or can't borrow one, you can use an Android smartphone with an app. When dialed in, the speedo will probably read about 2 mph high.
Yea, I'm using the GPS in my dashboard. It's about 5mph lower then what the speedo says. I think it's set to 35x12.00.18 right now. What should I try? Do I go bigger or smaller?
Yea I have a CS. Earlier I found where you suggested 33.9-34.0 to someone on the PHP forum. 33.9 worked for me. Thanks!
Can you take a look at my post(PHP forum) and bring it to the attention of Bill or give your opinion? Would GREATLY appreciate it!

Go to [Help]->[Product Info] on the CS/CTS. If you see a "Calibration Version" that looks like n.nnnn.nnn where the four "n's" in the middle are NOT ALL zeros, you DO NOT have custom calibrations. If the "Calibration Version" looks like "n.0000.nnn", you DO have custom tunes on your CS/CTS and any connection to Fusion is going to replace those custom tunes with canned ones (even if your firmware was already up to date)!.
Bill is able to tell for sure by looking at the Fusion server history. He can tell what happened when you last connected. But, this is a somewhat time consuming process for him which keeps him from writing tunes.- Jack
Thanks again Jack.
Under Calibration Version, mine says 3.5785.2900.
What do you think about the gears setting? Bill obviously didn't adjust them or put them in incorrectly. He was supposed to adjust them to 4.56 but they were set to 3.75. I changed them to 4.56 myself but, maybe its me, but it feels a litttle bit more sluggish. Should I change it back to 3.75? Leave it 4.56? Jump off a bridge? ......

You gear ratio should ALWAYS be set to the axle ratio you have installed - in your case, 4.56, so, set the GR that way. If the TS of 33.9" corrects your speedometer, leave it set that way too.
If it feels sluggish, it's possibly because you are using canned tunes instead of custom tunes.
You're going to have to get Bill to reload your custom tunes on to the Fusion server, and you're going to have to hope that Edge doesn't put some flaky little firmware update on too, which will wipe those custom tunes out again.
This is why PHP has decided to stop offering custom tuning for the CS and CTS. They have no control over the way Edge uses Fusion.
