Just got my SCT ITSX in and hooked it up and paired it to my phone via bluetooth, When I go to begin programming it says "Checking married status" then it says "setting up accesories" then it either says error with a code "(oxff)" or it will say failed to blah blah with the same code "(oxff)" I love the idea of a programmer through my iphone so any helps appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem, i've hit the reset button on ITSX & uninstalled the app on iphone then downloaded it again. Works fine since...
BTW, i've found that for loading custom tunes to ITSX via bluetooth takes forever, so you can use sct loader with windows computer and usb cable to load up to 3 tunes to unit.
All you have to do afterwards is select tune from iphone app & load to vehicule cpu.

Well I tried your suggestion to reset and reinstall the app, but neither worked. Im calling SCT tomorrow to talk to a tech like suggested to me. Hopefully we can fix it then and if not then Im dead in the water with the iTSX, I'll just send it back and get a hand held one instead.
