How to adjust for tire size?

Hey Everyone. I have an SCT X3 programmed by 5 star tuning. I just bought new wheels and tires and wanted to adjust my revs/mile to make everything more accurate. My question is, where do I do this? On the device itself? If so, where because I can't find it? Or do I do this on the PC? I ask because I have to borrow my wifes work computer for the PC connection. Otherwise I would have already tried. Thanks for any help on how to proceed with this process.

If the setting isn't locked out, you should be able to adjust it yourself although you need to know your revolutions per mile to be able to do so.

Go to http://www.gordon-glasgow.org/tirecalc.html, enter your info and see what your's is. Then the adjustment is under User Adjustable Options, say Yes and should be a setting within there that allows you to correct it.

Thanks for the response. I know my revs per mile, but just don't know where to go to input them. Is "user adjustable option" on the X3 or on the PC Program? I don't have that option on the X3 if so. Thanks for your help!

If its locked out contact Mike@5star so he can revise your tunes with the new TS....

also ask him why the user options is locked out...

Little update. Got everything clarified with Mike. Somehow I was locked out of User Options. They just weren't there. He revised my tunes and sent them to me. I was excited. He told me to update my X3 prior to loading the new tunes. Shouldn't have done that! Fortunately, I had returned my truck to stock and confirmed it started, because the update bricked the tuner. I get a "Filesystem ERROR" "Needs to be reloaded" message and can't do anything about it. Apparently only solution is to call SCT and let them remotely fix it. Only problem is I have to use my wife's work computer since all my computers are Macs. Well tomorrow's Friday and she has to work! Bummer.
