Alright ya'll this might be a thread already, but if it is i cant find it. I am thinking about buying a CS or CTS for my 2003 F150 4x4 with the 5.4 in it. First what is the difference in the two? i know one is all touch screen and the other is not, but what are the major differences? Next, what kind of power are ya'll getting? Finally, I'm not expecting anything, but a boost in MPG's would be awesome, if any of ya'll have one what are you seeing there as well?

As I understand it, the touch screen is the biggest difference. Also, the CTS has a video input so you can hook up a back-up camera. Maybe also different video sources? (DVD palyers, etc....not sure about that, though)

I believe the "tuner" part of these is the same on both models.

Yes, you could monitor the "picture" from a DVD player on the CTS if it was supplied through an RCA connector, but you would not receive sound. The screen is pretty small for that purpose in my opinion.

The tuning capabilities or the CS and CTS are identical.

You get three analog gauges with two additional digital readouts on the CTS, only two analog plus one digital on the CS. But, both can display up to eight digital readouts simultaneously.

The CS fits IN the dash pod. The CTS fits ON the dash pod.

The CTS is quite a bit more expensive.
