I just order a gryphon cs over the weekend. I have not received an order confirmation and can not get a hold of PHP. Is this normal? SOmeone said it took them 4 months to get his. I don't want to wait that long. Plz help

 

Just chill....you'll get your confirmation when Corey processes it....

 

Give Corey a chance to go through and process it. When she gets everything input she will send you an email, i think. It's worth the wait, trust me!

 

I ordered a CTS on Friday (after PHP office hours) so I'm in the same boat as the OP... I've been checking for a confirmation email, but knew it probably wouldn't come until at least today. The worst part is that I have an email filter that sends every unknown email address to Junk Mail, so I've been sorting through spam for a few days and hoping not to overlook it. Anyway, I'm excited to get the unit, adjust tire size, and try out the canned tunes for now.

 

Corey responded right away and gave me all my info I needed. SO far they have better customer service than what people have reported

Did you get your Gryphon yesterday? I got mine and was able to install it last night. I'm running Level 2 Tow until I get some higher octane gas in the tank. I really want to try out the Extreme level. I can't wait until my custom tune comes in. Did you get any Custom Tunes? If so, don't forget about putting your HEX code in the PHP forum and update your UserCP over there. I figure that we'll be on about the same schedule if you also ordered tune(s). Please keep me updated, if you can.
