Always using tow setting

I have a friend that says he always leaves his F-150 on the tow setting. That way he doesn't have to change back and forth. Is that OK to keep it on the tow setting?

Yeah it's fine to run it though I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to be using WOT. The only issue I see is that it is a bit of a fuel hog tune and doesn't usually have as good of acceleration compared to a performance tune.
