Gryphon f1 code! Now frozen and won't shut off, help!!!

So I was going to adjust my gryphon for my larger tires and once I scrolled down to tires and hit enter I got an f1 error and it said vehicle calibration not supported?

Now it's stuck on this screen and won't shut off! Even with no keys are accessories on?

Please help!

What do I need to do to get it back to the main menu?

Do I need an update and if so how do I do that?

Super bummed on the gryphon. Might just have to look at another programmer now?

I'm guessing that your battery may be too weak to handle reprogramming.

Battery is only a few months old. I unplugged it at the obd port and replugged and that did the trick. Still can't adjust my tire size?

I tried again and the same thing happend.

Looks like I'll be calling PHP in the morning.

Monday's suck already and now I have to add this little cream puff.

I suspect the battery too, Jim. This is especially the case if there have been repeated attempts at programming. I advised the OP to charge the battery in the PHP forum where he also posted.
