I have an idea..... why not just order up a tuner with custom tunes, and compare? Worst case scenario, your truck improves significantly. Only real downside is explaining the 4-5 hundred dollar investment to the wife. (or hide it from her so she won't eat it)

If you are considering the Evolution, spend a little extra money and buy the CS. I was contemplating the Evolution when i bought mine and I decided to go with the CS and I am glad I did because of its capabilities and the customization capabilities of Color screen are awesome. If you are set on the Edge, you should look into the PHP Gryphon, they are the same as the CS but PHP can write you custom tunes for it to accommodate any Engine Mods you may do in the future and they Charge you half as much for the custom tuning if you bought it from them. I am currently awaiting my Custom Tune from them right now to adjust the PCM for my LT Headers.

Habbi is the difference really that big? I'm not to educated in engines and all the upgrading of stuff. Would I just get confused or not even use all the extra stuff it may have?

Sct xcal3 has more options than the CS......but the one thing the CS has going for it is the gauge display.....
