He was not saying it was the fuel pump, he was comparing the noise it makes. What do you mean it makes a noise when you download a tune, it should not be running?

Then you download a tune... as it is about done it makes like a click, right? Mine does that when it finishes then says Complete

Yes kind of like a fuel pump. And yes when its done it clicks
