I'm not positive what VMP wants either. But, I know he can write tunes using your PCM's "box" code, which you find on a label on the PCM itself. This will not give you a tune that's as good as one you would order with the PCM's "hex" or "calibration" code, which uniquely identifies the actual stock tune that's loaded in the PCM.

I THINK, there is some way to retrieve the "hex"/"calibration" code (it goes by both names) using the SCT programmer though. Check your owner's manual for how to get it. It should be a 7-character code that looks something like mine, which is: "RXCM5E4" (yours will be different).

If you call Justin, he can probably tell you how to get him what he needs if you can't figure it out yourself.

Plug it in the the obdll port.
Wait for it to boot up.
Use arrow down once and highlight "vehicle info."
Push "select"

It should be there or the might be another menu leading you to it.

Good post, 88!

(I like your new sig, too!!!) I doubt anyone will complain about the fact that it's "slightly oversized".
