Gryphon CS Hex code question

So I have a edge CS, and I am looking at getting custom tunes for my 03 f-150.

however I am getting mixed answers on where to find my engine code. the one sure fire way is the door sticker.

I don't have one. some jack a-hole removed it. so I need to locate my computer, where is it? the search feature told me under the hood under my passenger kick panel under the driver kick panel. etc.

I am not ripping my interior apart if I don't have to. any input would be appreciated.

The Gryphon (also Edge) should be able to get the HEX code upon plugging it in to the OBD II port. You will not be able to find it on any sticker or on the computer, it is stored within the computer itself. Hope that helps somewhat. To clarify..unplug the Edge and with KOEO plug the unit in, then turn the key to on...when the Edge initializes it should give you the HEX cod needed for the custom tuner. at least the regular Gryphon works that way.

The CS actually works a bit differently. You can get it using the [Help]->[Vehicle Info] screen. On that screen it will be called a "calibration code", and will be a 7-character alpha-numeric value. Mine looks like this: "RXCM5E4". Yours will be different.
