Can I use a lightning diablosport tuner to store my stock tune and install my all new tune in my L swap screw?? I bought a predator off of here for the screw but the screen is half blank, can't read what it says!

 

I certainly would not use it at all if you can't read half the screen!

The one for the screw is the one I can't read I have a lightning one that's perfect that I'm wondering if I can load a custom tune on for the screw

 

I'm sorry, I thought for a moment I understood what you were asking, but as I tried to write a response, I found I don't.

You have two programmers? One of them works fine and the other doesn't? Why in the world would you want to use something that doesn't work for anything important? You are trying to tune two different vehicles?

My other tuner suddenly has a good screen again after letting it sit overnight and I talked to to diablosport and they said even if installing a completely custom tune you need to stick with the tuner thats model specific.

 

OK.

But, a custom tune is actually hex/calibration code specific, not "model specific". However, if you're happy, that's all that matters.

The lightning tool (U7158) will only work for 99-04 Lightnings and S/C'd Harleys.
