How important is data logging on a SCT?

I just recently tuned my 2010 with VMP and have been reading a little about data logging. Should I be data logging now?

I'm happy with my tune (currently using 87 performance) but can it be even better by do this and sending back to Justin?

Thanks,

Jeff

Ye. I'm a firm believer in datalogging for re-tunes. These tuners have a lot of talent and usually provide good tunes, but it doesn't hurt to have it reviewed and adjusted, or not.

Depends on while perspective you're looking at.....
One way is the tuner may like to see what his tunes are doing and make adjustments...

The other way is if you want your tuner to evaluate his work or if you're having issues when a tune is loaded....

Did you buy a custom tune that requires you to datalog? I believe you can buy a custom tune or you can buy a custom tune with datalogging. I am guessing if you purchased the latter of the 2 Justin would have given you instructions on what parameters he needs you to datalog to dial in your tune.
