Gryphon CTS

I have searched here and on PHP and still have a few questions.
Getting ready to buy a Gryphon CTS.
my truck is stock. no performance mods, or bigger tires.
if i get the 87 performance tune, later when I do some mods I would have to get a new 87 performance tune written, and it would cost me $30 or is that just the price of the custom tunes when you first buy the Gryphon?

once the unit has been set up in the truck, the programmer doesn't need to be hooked up other than to monitor engine stats or to change the tune. I am just thinking of when I run to the store and dont want to leave the programmer stuck on the windshield mount and leave it in the console with the GPS that isn't needed for short trips. Out of sight out of mind.

Thanks

You're best bet is to contact PHP and see how they'll handle the tune revisions for added mods....

And Cableguy, it's correct that you don't need to leave the programmer in the truck. The only time it needs to be there is when you are changing tunes. It is simple to install and remove.
