Mine came UPS yesterday, pretty funny though, the sticker on the front of the package says not legal for use on a pollution controlled vehicle or for highway use.
Snowed during the night so will do some other work waiting for the weather to warm up then see about installing it. I ordered 87 economy, performance and towing custom tunes, figure to run economy most of the time, tired of only 15-16 mpg with the way gas prices are and Justin said economy will pull my bass boat locally just fine. I can only hope my mpg will go to 18 or better.

Just to clarify, Justin does not sell the CTS. It is sold by Edge or PHP. The CTS with canned tunes IS 50-state legal. My guess is, you bought an X3 from Justin at VMP? If so, I would not worry about the tune causing a failure during emissions testing, despite the CYA sticker. DO NOT return the tune to stock before an emissions test! That will almost guarantee a failure due to the P1000 code that will be set.

You are right it is the STX, all these acronyms can confuse one. And I am not worried about the sticker, as I said, I think it's funny. They are just covering their butt. And not everyone has to have emissions tests anyway.
