jet chips and programmers

does anyone know anything about a jet programmer today when i took the comp out of the wrecked f150 it had a jet chip,programmer are they any good

Its purring like a kitten gonna open it up after 500 miles and hope like hell the lifter dont go through the block lol but so far its doing good
