Edge Evo dash pod

Any ideas where to get one that matches the silver/grey finish of a 2007 King Ranch dash? Mine is black and not very attractive. I have seen pics of some that match, but Edge's website is not very specific. They only list 2003-2004 King Ranch seperately. Ideas???

I believe they are black from Edge - most people PTM (paint to match).

http://www.edgeproducts.com/product....F-150+Dash+Pod

Most of them for the 04-08s already came in a grey flint silver finish.....earlier versions of the pod were in black for the 04-08s.....

When searching edges product website sometimes you can't use "king ranch" for a search suggestion you may have to use just "f150" and paint it.

I wasn't searching for King Ranch, but I did notice it listed. I already have the black pod, so I don't want to order another pod if it's going to be black as well.
Has anyone here painted there own and have recommendations on a paint choice? This certainly seems to be the most cost effective way to accomplish what I want.

You can order interior touch up spray paint thru your ford dealer to match. That's how I went from black to tan in my 06 xlt with a fairly decent color match.

I tried to match the grey but didn't like it, so I got some tan from pepboys and it isn't exact, but it is close. I like it better than how the grey looked especially since the door panel, and dash above the guages, and pillar is tan.

I have a 2005 King Ranch and the pod I have is the same as the one in 88racing's picture. It is an extremely close match to the flint grey used in that section of the dash, and, it fits the dash much better than the older black style. The "texture" of the finish is very close to what is on the dash too - much better than what you have with the black pod. If you look in my "Garage", you'll see a picture of the interior from the left side that shows it pretty well. There's a color reflection that gives it a slightly "warmer" color than it really is however. As I said, it's the same as 88racing's.

I'd talk to Edge when you order and make it clear you want the 04-08 grey pod with the rubber boot insert that holds the Evolution in place.

The grey pod that came with mine didn't match my grey trim interior. The lower front edge wasn't beveled as nice as the pictures either... I'm going to an autobody shop and have them color match it if I can't find the paint from Ford.

Same problem here got mine its just flat gray and you might want to check your fit I am not happy with mine and had it to long to return it. The one I had 2 years ago was perfect but not this one think Jack was right switched to the lowest bidder=lower quality.

I just got my free dash pod from edge yesterday from their holiday promotion. While not an exact match, it is pretty close to my 07 FX4 grey dash color.

I'm probably going to buy another one to see if its better. My fit just above the vent where it meets the dash isn't that good

Not the best picture in the world, but you can see the grey is almost an exact match.
