it says its the 3015. Anita said it would have the canned tunes on it and it has nothing. for 400$ thats annoying id rather have got an edge cs. I called and asked about it and all I got was a "well thats strange"

it is strange, and it might not be Troyers fault, and if the box was sealed see if if they will exchange it for you for anotehr one that is set up with the crappy canned tunes

Yeah on a 3000, the 3015 is the canned one. I have the same as you, empty to allow 3 custom tunes.
