Mr. Duck;

Pick one - if it isn't one of these - and does not look like the images already posted, you do not have an SCT (or Superchips, for that matter) tuning product...

Ignore stickers; means nothing - look at the SHAPE. And rely on the Bil of Sale.

You have an Xcal3 - and with a Custom tuned unit you will not have any canned tuning included.

Be patient, or, Call them.

And lose the stupid phone and get on a real computer ....

It looks like an x3. but On the website and straight outta their mouth it should have an economy tow and performance setting than can be used while waiting on your customs.

If you bought it from Troyer I'd be on the phone with them.

Their website is dated.

The current Xcal3 P/N 3000 does not come with any canned tunes:

http://www.sctflash.com/products.php?PID=1&VID=

The model that does, is the Xcal SF3 P/N 3015:

So - what does yer invoice say? Which one was purchased?

Like I said - call 'em.
