Truck Throwing Lean Codes

Ok folks need some help. I have a 2001 Expedition 5.4, with 150000 miles on it. Running an S&B intake with Edge programmer. All maintenance up to date.
It has been running fine with no error codes. Last night I set the program back to stock, so I could take to the dealer for inspection and oil change, they called to inform me that whne they pulled it into the service bay the check engine light came on, and shows lean condition. They cleared it and drove it, it came back on. So it sitting at the Dealer, won't pass inspection.
Anyone heard pf an issue like this? They are thinking intake leak or PCV leak. Could the Edge jhave been compensating for teh lean condition?

The check engine light was on before they ever hooked it up to the analyzer. Also they drove it over 50 miles just to make sure.

Just spoke to teh dealership. It never threw a P100 code, they cleared out the lean codes, and ran it through teh drive cycle with no futher issue, or codes. Passed inspection with no issue. I am still concerned there may be an issue causing lean codes, however. My undersatnding is that on some of teh later trucks with a CAI, they ran lean and never threw any codes.

If you cleared the codes, it should have a p1000 for a little while. It doesn't turn the light on, just indicates that hasn't gone through enough cycles to verify the emissions system is working correctly. You cannot pass emissions (if they test via the OBDII port) until it clears (a few days).
