I just ordered the Gryphon CS and I am waiting for PHP to put together my programmer and ship it out to me. When the do ship it is it UPS? and if so, I work all day everyday, so more then likely I wont be home when it is delivered to my house. Do you have to be here to sign for the item considering how expensive it is. I mean I want to be here as much as anything because with my luck someone in the neighborhood will come by and scoop it on me! Please let me know your thoughts on this!

Pretty sure the order form tells you that the item MUST be signed for when it's delivered (at least that's what I remember when I ordered my CTS).

If you're not home, you'll have to arrange delivery with UPS (they leave a Delivery Notice on your door).

 

Either arrange the delivery or if the terminal isn't to far away you can pick it up there also......

 

I processed your order today, Brett. Let me know if you'd like me to add Signature Required, as it should be shipping tomorrow. I'll check my e-mails before boxing it up in the morning.

 

Am I able to arrange with my local UPS shipper to pick it up there? I would feel much safer doing that than having it delivered. And do you know which UPS shipper in Massachusetts that it is headed to? Please let me know as soon as you can! thanks!

 

I just got off the phone from a lady at UPS's 1-800 number and she told me that she cannot authorize a hold on the package until after the first failed delivery attempt. But, she also told me that the shipper CAN authorize a hold on the package so that it stays at the UPS shipper by my house so that I can go pick it up there instead of them delivering it to my house. I know for a fact I wont be home to catch the delivery for one, and two, its expensive and I live on MAIN ST. so I dont trust anyone if it is left on my doorstep!
So groovy chick, if you could let me know if you are able to place a hold on my package so that i can go get it at UPS that would be awesome! Thank you very much! I really appreciate it! Looking forward to hearing from you!
