So I ordered a new Gryphon a couple of weeks ago. Got my invoice with tracking # last week claiming a tentative ship of 11/02 and my bank account posted the transaction on 11/03 which, if I understand correctly, means it was shipped because I understood it to be that I wouldn't be charged until it shipped. Problem is that the UPS tracking still shows that it hasn't shipped.
This is worse than being a kid a CHRISTmas. At least then I knew when the payoff would come,

And this isn't really a complaining thread. I understand workloads all too well and sickness even better. It's a so close, yet, so far away thread.

Thanks for your patience. First day back in the office and trying to get customers taken care of as quickly as possible!(And I didn't take it as a complaint at all!)
