heres a good one

I have a 97 F150 4.6 W motor. I just bought this vehicle a few days ago, knowing it had problems. Im usually really good at troubleshooting, but this one has me stumped. The truck came with a programmer, and it says cylinder 2 has a misfire/running lean. Now you can unplug the fuel injectors on cylinders 2,3,5, and 8 and the motor still runs like crap. I replaced all injectors, tried new coil packs, spark plugs and wires. still no different. all injectors have power to them and all cylinders have spark. Any input anyone?
