Where to shop?

I am new to all this but find it very intriging and need some direction. Where is the most economical place to buy performance items such as chips, programmers and such?

The forum search function would be a good start. Google is also a valuable resource. Or, just use 88racing's links since they cover the popular ones.

if he uses google/yahoo/bing/msn etc he'll find those POS "chips" (the resistors for like $30) that'll blow his motor

"Economical" is not always better. You're performing brain surgery on a very expensive truck. The forum is full of information relating to our favorite experienced tuners and their programmers. Stick with those.
