A sct or Diablo programmer can remove the speed limiter and when they tune it they will turn it off

I don't think they can completely remove it, I think they just set it to something like 180.

Also make sure you have tires rates for high speeds.

I have brand new Nitto 420S's don't know there speed rating. But going 180mph in a truck is just dumb imo unless its a drag truck

If they are good they set it only as high as the fuel pump and injectors will handle. You can set it up as high as 255 in most vehicles though its not wise. For instance, with a Roushcharger and stock injectors/fuel pump you'll often find it set to 130-140 if the tune is proper.

This is one of my dad's toys

needless to say it'll go about as fast as you'd want to off the strip. He had a few mach ups done after he bought and needless to say. Once you get in the seat belt is your friend I've personally been 201 in it (with him driving) And that wasn't even topped out. He was running out of highway and had to slow down. He owned an Audi R8 before but traded it in for this.
And my mom drives this behemoth.

Not quite as quick as the vette but it'll move too =D My family has a passion for fast cars and now i want a fast truck lol so it's all a work in progress

DUDE that thing is gorgeous. I've only seen snow maybe 4 times in my life and it was 2 inches thick at the most.
