PHP Dyno Day!
Well, I was going to suggest that you simply return the truck to stock if you were concerned about someone "copying" the current tune you have, but if that's out of the picture, I guess you just have to count on Bill's honesty.
Yes, I knew that all tunes were modifications to the stock tune, but your question implied you wanted all data lines for the EPROM to be considered set at zero before the start of any tuning. I thought that seemed an unreasonable request, and I wanted to clarify that point.
However, Bill would certainly be able to write a "mail-order" style tune based on your stock tune and, with a "mail-order" tune (or any other mod-safe tune you probably have, or could do yourself), you could show up for a dyno run. In other words, you don't have to come with your "pride and joy" tune, just one that works and is safe on the dyno.
I'm assuming here that you already have dyno charts for your "pride and joy" tune, so comparisons after tuning at PHP would be easy.
Honestly though, since Bill is giving away dyno runs, I would expect a pretty large turnout. I don't know how much actual tuning on any given vehicle he's going to be able to do.
I'd think if you were really interested in a comparison, you'd come on a day reserved for you.

As for custom tuning, Bill can work from scratch or work off of the tune you already have; it's totally up to you.
Just a quick heads up...
We're getting a lot of inquiries about custom dyno tuning on October 22nd and/or October 24th. If you would like to be scheduled, you must contact us no later than August 30th; a non-refundable $150 deposit must be received in our office by September 15th.
All custom tuning appointments are on a first contact/first served basis. Thank you for understanding!
Just wanted to let everyone know that we've http://www.powerhungryperformance.com/_dyno_day.html. If you're planning on coming and would like to sign up to get your truck dynoed, be sure to fill out the RSVP, as spots will be filled on a first contact/first scheduled basis!
If you're stopping by to hang out for awhile, please RSVP let us know how many people you're bringing, as we need to figure out how much food to buy so that everyone gets fed.
(We understand that plans change, and we won't hold you to it.

In case you didn't notice, splattered all through this thread are people asking about tuning the day before, and the day after, and she even says they will tuning on those days, and needs a head count on who all is doing it, because it's filling up fast. It's something I would be interested in if they can tune 10's. I hate that I can't do it myself, because I tune my all my other vehicles, but this is the first Ford I've owned.
So, hint hint - troll someone who's a newbie to this stuff, not someone who's been around it since the mid-90's.
I will post this around in a few places, but would anyone who is attending be interested in having a get-together Friday night? We have a local restaurant/bar that would be ideal, but I'd want to let them know in advance.
1fastfamilyman, Bill can certainly tune for 2009 and 2010s, but we'd have to use an SCT programmer if you wanted multiple tunes.

Cause if I pull the trigger and go its almost the same mileage!
Well if we go from where I am now in Montana 2088 miles @ 1 day 10 hours travel, place of vehicle registration would be 2396 miles @ 1 day 17 hours.
Little bit unrealistic for me although I would love to travel Georgia. Never been. Family friend went to school there and never came back so it must be pretty darn nice.

No need for multiple tunes with my wifes truck, just an 87 octane tune with the gutted airbox mod will suffice.
What am I looking at price wise for that?
If you'd like to get your truck on the dyno, please be sure to RSVP, as we don't have many more slots available!
