PHP Custom Tunes (Already Ordered) How Long?

Ok so I ordered my PHP custom 93 performance tune on May 3rd of this year. I was told on the Invoice that it most likely would be May 17th. But knowing how busy they get I figured tack on another couple of weeks to that. I was perfectly fine with that. Well I have emailed Cory at PHP ~6 times just curious on my ETA of my tune. Well I have received ZERO responses. I even sent her an email through this site to see if that was the problem. But still nothing.

Now just to clarify I am not complaining AT ALL, I just want to know if this is typical time line for a custom tune? What erks me a little bit is the no response part, but that is understandable on their high volume of business, releasing the new tuners, and them having a small staff and just Bill doing the tunes (IIRC he's the only one)

Am I the only one? It has been 2 months ago today. So I was just checking

Thanks Guys

Well I got an email yesturday stating that mine had been done for a bit so you might want to just plug it in and see if thier is anything. IF thier isn't I would e-mail Bill he has been good at geting back to me. I am just waiting to hear back from him on what might have happened on mine since I went to get them last night and it removed the canned but didn't put anything back on, but figured with it being the weekend and a holiday on top of that the the earliest I would hear from him is Monday if not Tuesday, which is no big deal the truck still runs.

ok I'll have to check that out, I have a mac so it won't work on my laptop but I can always use my roommates or works

I'll check, how do I do it once I plug it in? Do I just go up to check software update or something like that?

Yeah, love them custom tunes. They take time.

Hope you get up and running soon, must be frustrating.

Y'all have more patience than I do! Weakness of mine is that when I buy something, I want it "like yesterday".

I am usually the same way but I know they are a small company so I knew I needed to take my patience up a notch I love the tuner, can't wait for the tunes!

I've had bad luck with emails sent to Corey so you might want to send them to bill or call up there. I called a few days after emailing my order to corey to confirm it got there and they stayed on the phone while I resent it to bill and they got it.

Mine took 11 weeks. The best way to get in touch with someone there is to call them.

Call PHP.
Eventhough there maybe multiple attemps on you part when you try to call somebody will sooner or later answer the phone.

yeah its very normal to wait a couple of months for a custom tune i have found out...

i wish i knew this before i send mine in (couple of months ago)

but i know its my fault for not researching before i send it , i read on their homepage (PHP) that it normally takes 4 to 5weeks.... not true

anyways... it better be worth waiting all this time...i paid my invoice 2 weeks ago , so... yeah.. its kinnda frustraitinggg..

I don't see how you guys can wait so long I would be going nuts. I got my tune from JDM in a week and half.
