I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear but if I was you I would sell the hypercrap and buy a used edge. I bought a Hypertech Max Energy for my truck and it made my third gear shift make a clunking sound so I sold it and bought an Edge Evolution and it's a night and day difference between the two. I think the only thing the Hypertech was good for was too remove the top speed limiter. The Edge I actually felt a nice increase in power. I think the transmission tune on the edge made my truck faster than the 91 octane tune on the Hypertech.

Hey thanks for the replies guys! I really appreciate it! Im thinkin about the edge now... I will have to see tho. I think there's something wrong with the site or my computer, cause I hardly ever get any updates to subscribed threads... Not trying to blame the site, but if I'd of known you guys had posted, Id of replied sooner. Thanks for the input! I set the engine rev limiter back to stop. Put the shift points as follows:

1-2 > +200RPM
2-3 > +200RPM
3-4 > -100RPM

and for some reason my programer had the idea that I had 3.55 gears. I switched it to 3.73 since that's what I have. Seems to running a lot better. Ive been gunning it everywhere lately, which I need to stop for mpg sake, but it sure feels like its got a ton more power. Im planning on putting at least a 4" suspension lift on before the end of the summer and possibly 37s, so I think along with the programmer I will probably regear to 4.88s. I know this isn't quite related, but anyone know good gears? Are G2 gears any good? 4wheelparts seems to always have them for cheap. Thanks!
