Programmers for a 2010 VW Jetta

All Tuner Guru's

My brother just bought a 2010 VW Jetta Wolfburg Edition with the turbocharged GAS engine, not the TDI.

Does anybody have any experience with or know of any programmers for his car?

I looked around on a couple VW forums and haven't really seen any buzz on anything. I did a google search and found bully dog makes one for the TDI, but his isn't diesel.

He has seen my Edge and wants to get something similar!

We both thank you in advance.

Tough question.
I found a few.
The best suggestion I have is to tell your brother to join a couple of jetta/vw forums and start prodding them for answers.

I called our local vw dealership and they directed me to these guys, GIAC.

Don't have a clue as to weather or not they are good.

Definitely APR....I also have a 2005 Jetta along with my F150 that is APR Tuned. They are by far the best VW/Audi Tuner. I highly recommend APR.

Excellent!

Thanks a lot, I'll forward my brother this thread and have him take a look at all of these suggestions.

You guys rock!

Also for those of you with Jettas, is there a preferred forum that you visit?

Thanks again!

Also,

Do these tunes affect your warranty?

He just bought the car and doesn't want to do anything that will void his warranty.

www.vwvortex.com is by far the biggest vw forum out there. When you get flashed by apr you control what software the car is running through the cruise control stalk. You can switch it to the stock programming when you take it to the dealer and they'll never know!
